Holyrood Distillery is in 2019 gestart met het produceren van whisky in hartje Edinburgh. De Distillery is gevestigd in een oud gebouw van de spoorwegen, vlak bij Arthurs Seat en Edinburgh Castle. Het private caskprogramme van Holyrood start met een interactief proces, waarbij caskowners zeer gedetailleerde opties hebben. Dat maakt dit een wel heel bijzonder project.

    a sherry hogshead, filled at 01-07-2021, and devided into 80 shares
    status: maturing, estimated ready for bottling ~ 2031
  • Holyrood 2021 #CH10 - Chevallier heritage barley » part of our Holyrood Heritage Project 2021
    a sherry hogshead, filled at 21-05-2021, and devided into 80 shares
    status: maturing, estimated ready for bottling ~ 2031
