- The order line item ID, needed when backfilling ‘Shared with’ data in the database.
04 | Status
- The order status.
05 | SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
- The unique product identifier.
When the SKU is in dark blue, then the SKU has also been ordered in another order.
06 | Category
- Product category (cask / project / project-cask / sample / misc).
07 | Shared with / Owned by
- On casQ orders:
- Who did you share a product (cask share, etc) with.
- Format: @username.
- On casQ mentions:
- Who did tag you to / shares with you a product he / she purchased.
- Format: @username.
08 | Project
- Project title, sometimes also used for a series.
09 | Description
- The description of the product.
- When the description is in dark blue, then the SKU has also been ordered in another order.
10 | Undisclosed
- When the cask is without name rights.
11 | Country
- The country in which the distillery is located.
12 | Region
- The region(s) within the country.
13 | Warehouse
- Indicator where the cask is stored in a warehouse.
- Either at the distillery or elsewhere in the warehouse of a broker / third party.
14 | Qty
- Total order quantity of the product.
15 | Payment 1
- Total order amount for the ordered quantity of the product.
16 | Payment 2
- Total amount for the final payment for the product. Project casks have the project costs distributed over the bottles when we are calculating with estimates, when they are actuals then they are per line the actuals.
17 | P2 E/A
- Estimate or actual indicator for Payment 2.
18 | Yield
- Total amount of bottles for the ordered quantity.
19 | Y E/A
- Estimate or actual indicator for Yield.
20 | Bottle Price
- The price per bottle.
21 | BP E/A
- Estimate or actual indicator for Bottle Price.
22 | Cask #
- The cask number.
23 | Cask # before replacement
- Original cask number with short statement why the cask has been changed.
24 | Cask Type
- The main cask type.
25 | Cask Subtype
- Additional information about the cask. With abbreviations like: FF = first fill, 2F = second fill, RF = refill, 2RF = second refill, etc.
26 | Spirit
- Spirit type / comment.
27 | Vintage (AYS)
- Date of the youngest spirit.
28 | OLA bulk
- Bulk volume (alcohol + water) when filling the cask.
29 | OLA ABV
- Alcohol percentage when filling the cask.
30 | OLA LOA
- Liters of alcohol when filling the cask.
31 | RLA bulk
- Bulk volume (alcohol + water) at the time of the most recently known regauge.
32 | RLA ABV
- Alcohol percentage at the time of the most recently known regauge.
33 | RLA LOA
- Liters of alcohol at the time of the most recently known regauge.
34 | Regauged
- Date of the most recently known regauge.
35 | Cask Reracked
- Information about reracking of the cask.
36 | Cask Finish
- Information about finish of the cask.
37 | Bottled
- Probably the most versatile column as we use it for 3 things:
- for the estimates
- for the actuals
- and for the progress once the bottling requested has been submitted:
- (1) botteling requested
- (2) in transit
- (3) payments & distribution
38 | B E/A
- Estimate or actual indicator for Bottled.
- It’s set to ongoing when the bottle request has been submitted.
- The values in this column also trigger the coloring of the rows:
- green when actual (the cask has been bottled)
- yellow when ongoing (the bottle request has been submitted and the process is ongoing)
39 | Bottled ABV
- Alcohol percentage at the time of bottling.
40 | Age
- The age of the bottled product (bottle / sample).
41 | Age Type
- Can be stated, calculated, or sample.
42 | Tasting Session(s)
- Number of the tasting session (yyyy-n), with short summary (keywords) once the conclusion has been published on the website.
43 | casQ forum
- Link to the cask / project topic on the casQ forum.
44 | Whiskybase
