We don’t really want to babysit the forum but we do ask that you observe some basic rules.

That saves potential tons of work as we then don’t have to distill the true tasting results and votes out of the submitted results.

- When your offering has sold out / request has been fulfilled, please mark your topic as “solved”. That way it’s easier for everyone to see which posts are no longer open. The topic starter can find the solved / tick icon under the opening post, at the right hand side.
- Please be patient (casQueteers is not a company!)
- Responses might take some days, especially during weekends and around (public) holidays.
- Cask topics will typically be added as soon as possible after the cask has become available in the shop.
- Cask samples will typically become available for the first time after 5 years (after purchase / filling of the cask).
- When a cask will be bottled it will more likely take some months rather than weeks to get the bottles available for distribution as there will always be some delays caused by the warehouse planning, the bottling planning, and with of course the (post-Brexit) logistics.
That’s it for now. The houserules will be extended / adjusted whenever there is a need for it but we hope we can stick with this short list only.
