The default orders overview page of WooCommerce is pretty limited, so we have extended it for you. This saves you browsing every individual order when you are looking for a cask share or sample you have ordered in the past.
The extended overview
You can now see directly the main details of your order:
- order number, as link to the actual order with all details
- order status
- order date
- the sku included in the order, as link to the product page
- the product description, followed by the ordered quantity, and an icon as link to the forum topic
- note: the icon only appears when we have already added the relevant forum topic slug to the product attributes
- the total amount in euro’s for the x amount of items included in the order
The order pages
When clicking on the order number you will see the actual order. The order page contains all the details of the order including billing and shipping addresses as recorded at the time of submitting the order.
When a product has been shared by you with someone else, then that information is available on a per product level but of course – only – when that info has been provided in the optional Shared with field which was introduced in September 2023.
