Managing your billing and shipping address can be done – by yourself – via your casQ shop account. We urge you to update it as soon as a change in the details has occurred. This way any new order will be registered with your updated address and we also have it available in case we need to contact you.
You can update your address details via casQ shop » Account » Addresses and then click the Edit link for the address you like to update.
Existing orders
After updating your address details, any existing orders will continue to show the address to which it was originally registered.
Shipments
When preparing a shipment we obtain your current addresses details from your account profile from the database and we’ll ask you to confirm it.
